News Update
A lot has been done in the last week or two in Kells. Last week the whole school spent an hour at the playground. We walked up before lunch and came back just in time for our infant students to go home.
We have been planting an array of vegetables and flowers as well. Yesterday, the senior room planted different flowers in hanging baskets to decorate the front of the school. The infant room has sowed seeds into green containers and once they grow they will be left around the village as part of tidy towns.
The senior room has been researching and planting different vegetables in patches at the side of the school such as carrots, beetroot, radishes and onions.
We will be starting swimming in the Watershed tomorrow which will continue for the next few weeks every Friday morning.
Overall it has been very eventful in St. Brigid’s recently and everyone has enjoyed the past while.
