World book day in kells
Yesterday in Kells NS the children celebrated world book day with lots of fun activities,
Such as: paired reading where the children from the senior room read books to the children from the junior room , A photo competition where the winner (saoirse, junior infants) won a board game called “rapid dough”,
At the start of the day there was a book swap run by Isabellle (6th Class) and I ! This was an activity where we put old books we don’t read to good use as others might enjoy them!
